I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques including but not limited to cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization, functional analytic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also have a special interest in transpersonal psychotherapy and financial psychology.
When appropriate, I employ hypnosis and modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, IFS, MBSR, ART, Focusing, Logosynthesis, and Brainspotting particularly in cases of PTSD. As a life coach, I use the principles of positive psychology and NLP to help others achieve their life and career goals as well as to assist them in reaching their peak potential.
I am a dedicated, positive, and empathic psychologist and coach with a good sense of humor who prides himself on being a lifelong learner. I believe in the power of psychology to help others change their behavior and change their lives for the better. I am licensed as a psychologist in NY and CT and Telehealth licensed in FL.
